Our recipes are handed down from our grand matriarch who started baking pastries in the 1930's. After the liberation, the Pernia children continued the tradition and began marketing products outside Bohol. We name the company Bohol's Quality Pastries, a name consistent with the quality products we produced for the market.
Today, Bohol's Quality Pastries still maintains the tradition of excellence passed on by Catalina Pernia, our great matriarch, without sacrificing taste over economics.
The company is now ready to face the global market with the same determination during the pre-war years with an uncompromising attitude and commitment to maintain its best quality.
